The final issue of Gabriel and NEW-GEN’s origin story is upon us. 5 years since the death of Sylvester’s wife, and NEW-GEN is expanding thanks to Sylvester and Gabriel’s nanotech research, yet Sylvester seems increasingly work obsessed, even to the point of ignoring his daughter. As the city seems to prosper, Gabriel and Sylvester argue over the future of this world. The argument leads to their epic first fight and Deadalus’s eventual banishment. Gabriel is left to ponder if the decisions he’s made were the right ones, and if he’s ready for the decisions that are to come in this new, complicated world Deadalus left him.
